BIG HAIR, BIGGER DREAMS & BUSINESS UPDATE So do you remember when I said “see you next week” in the last video? well that didn’t happen, since I’m writing this 8 months later! But it’s never too late right? Last time we hung on here, I was about to open a pop-up shop for  Big Hair No Care ! I had filmed it all, but the second the shop opened, oh my God I can’t even begin to tell you: I’ve never felt so busy and overwhelmed!

BIG HAIR & NYC THE ROLE: As a BHNC ambassador, you’ll be passionate about and represent the brand. We’re looking for natural hair enthusiasts, positive, fun-loving ladies who want to not only get involved with the pop-up shop but also want to start a long-term relationship with BHNC. We’re looking for around 10 ambassadors so spread the word if you know someone!

SALES ASSISTANTS / AMBASSADORS Big Hair No Care is coming to NYC: (update: we’ve postponed our Atlanta visit till next year) At BHNC we love our hair, we look after it and we like to protect it. We’re getting our hair BIG, BOLD and FLUFFY, but we’re not spending ages and a fortune on it. We’re sisters, we sprinkle that Woman Magic all around, we want to look fabulous but not at someone else’s expense and we’re coming to Atlanta!!! As you’re probably aware, we kicked off our international launch with a Pop-up store in Paris in March but it was just a rehearsal!! Next stop is NYC and we’re too excited! We’re so happy to announce it’s finally happening in June!!! Hope you are as excited as we are!

ROYAL CARIBBEAN & INDEPENDENCE OF THE SEAS May is drawing to an end, and I think we can all agree it was a brutal one! What on earth went down? Did you manage to sit down?  We started the month with a quick short trip to NYC to prep for our pop up next week (eeeek!!), went there for 2 days and on our return, we headed straight to Southampton for a 2-day cruise on the newly refurbished  Independence of the Seas ! 

MANTRA OF THE WEEK: “TRANSITIONS ARE NECESSARILY UNCOMFORTABLE” I don’t know if it’s my birthday, or if it’s starting the second half of the year, but I always struggle a bit in the summer.  It’s always a period of heavy doubts and anxiety, but also a period of big changes (internal mostly) – I started therapy in the summer, I launched my blog during summer, I’ve felt at my lowest in the summer, but like my dad would always say “I’m excited when you say you’ve reached the bottom, cause that’s usually when you bring out your best” – so I guess I also shine the brightest in the summer. So, we getting our dazzle on? Hang on, first we’re getting uncomfortable.
